Where do we deliver to?
Currently, we deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK & Northern Ireland, Singapore, and major European countries including Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands ,Norway, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, and Czech Republic.
All products are shipped directly from Japan, with Japan Post as the shipping courier. The list of supported delivery destinations depends on our shipping carrier. Delivery to some countries may get temporarily suspended due to covid19 situations.
We'll constantly check updates from our shipping carrier to enable shipping to other destinations when airmail services resume.
When does my box or order ship?
Please expect your order to be shipped out within 3-5 business days. If the order is placed during the weekend, it'll be shipped during the weekdays.
You will receive a shipment notification when your box has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
After we hand over your box to the shipping courier, the box will then be shipped from the shipping courier within 4 business days. Arrival time varies depending on the shipping method;
For standard shipping by Airmail, it should take approximately 10-21 business days of delivery time.
For express shipping by EMS, it should take approximately 5-10 business days of delivery time.
Due to Covid19, there could be an unexpected delay or temporary suspension of delivery service for some countries. We apologize for the inconvenience in advance.
Failed delivery due to mistakes with the delivery address information.
Unfortunately, when an address is incomplete or has been erroneously input on the buyer’s side and the box has been returned to us, we will ask you to pay for the reshipping cost.
We also cannot reship a box if we do not receive it back. However, if the mistake has occurred on our end we will accommodate to ensure you receive a new or re-shipped box without any further costs.
My pack hasn't arrived yet and I think it’s missing. What should I do?
International shipping from Japan can be affected by weather conditions, national holidays (such as Christmas and New Years) and other factors and therefore the shipping times may vary. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these times.
If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery times, please contact us.
Please note that we can only file a claim for orders that added tracking and insurance. Once we file a claim with Japan Post, we have to wait for the result of the inquiry before we can send a replacement or give a refund, which may take a couple weeks.
