Refund policy

Please refer to our estimated shipping times, specific to your pack type and destination country. Please note that we must wait at least 6 weeks from the shipment date before we can file a claim with Japan Post.

 

Refund policy

Due to the expirable nature of the ramen product we curate, all items purchased through Tokusei-ramen.com are final and items can't be returned once they have been shipped. We do not accept returned orders/items.

This is a standard practice similar to all other snack subscription services, thank you for your understanding.

 

Replacements for damaged content

In the case an item comes damaged or is missing, please contact us at hello [at] tokusei-ramen.com and we’d be happy to resolve your request. Please submit a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your box.

The validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent.

Any damages to the boxes or the packaging of a product will not qualify for replacement if the content is undamaged.

 

 

Returned packages

Packages may be returned to our warehouse due to mistakes in the address, no one accepted the delivery or other unexpected reasons.

Tokusei Ramen does not take responsibility for returned packages, including packs where no explicit reasons are stated.

We would be able to reship the returned package, but we require the customer to pay the re-shipping fee for this second shipment. This applies to packages with or without tracking and insurance.
