What does "Tokusei" mean?
Tokusei (特製) means "specially made" in Japanese. In ramen shops, tokusei ramen is referred to as their house special - ramen with the best favor and most toppings.
We chose this name because it represents our spirit - we want to present you ramen that we'd proudly recommend.

Where do we deliver to?

Currently, we deliver to the United States, UK & Northern Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and major European countries including Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands ,Norway, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, and Czech Republic.
All products are shipped directly from Japan, with Japan Post as the shipping courier. Delivery to some countries may get temporarily suspended due to covid19 and national conflicts.
We'll constantly check updates from our shipping carrier to enable shipping to other destinations when airmail services resume.
How long does shipping take?
Please expect your order to be shipped out within 3-5 business days. If the order is placed during the weekend, it'll be shipped during the weekdays.
For standard shipping by Airmail, it should take approximately 10-21 business days of delivery time. For express shipping by EMS, it should take approximately 5-10 business days of delivery time.
Due to Covid19, there could be an unexpected delay or temporary suspension of delivery service for some countries. We apologize for the inconvenience in advance.
International customs & taxes
As we ship all of our packages from Japan, they are subject to customs inspection when they arrive in your country.
The product and shipping cost do not cover any customs fees or taxes that may be charged by your country during the delivery process. Buyers are responsible for such fees.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over any extra import costs that may be issued, as every country has its own regulations when it comes to processing shipments into their country. We declare our packages' value in a way that may avoid import taxes for most countries, but there could be instances where a customs, duty, or import tax is charged.
Risk of loss
As per the terms of use of our service, You will be fully responsible for any fees, taxes, or other losses that may arise from importing goods into your country.
Our food packs may contain meat products as ingredients in the broth base. Please check your local regulations, as we are not responsible for any losses that may occur with importing food items.
How many boxes I can order?
Currently, we can accept a maximum of 2 boxes per order due to constraints with our shipping carrier. If you'd like to purchase more boxes, we'd like to ask you to place them as separated orders.
We're looking for ways to make multiple purchase more efficient, thank you for your understanding.
Is this a subscription service?
No, not yet. Currently it is for one time purchase so you can order flexibly. We are an tiny independent shop, not a big subscription box operator. We value the genuine interactions and feedback from our customers. We'll consider providing a subscription service if there''s a strong demand.
Ingredients and allergy information
We do not provide allergy information in English, and we cannot guarantee that every ramen product is non-allergenic for everyone.
The ramen soup base may contain ingredients such as pork, peanuts, fish, prawn, gluten etc. Please contact us if you have any dietary requirements or questions about the ingredients from the package.
